Our new booking system will be live from November 30th, 2025. You will need to create a new account to start using the system. This will happen the next time you try and reserve a slot. Please note, there are TWO systems, one for the chauffeur service and one for customer drop offs.

Use our online booking system to choose the days you would like your dog to attend. (After registration. Register HERE)

Pay online with credit/debit card.

We are open from 7:30am to 5:45pm Monday through Friday for you to drop your pooch off to us at our centre. If you'd prefer a more convenient service then you can use our exclusive Chauffeur service where we will pick your dog up and drop them home at the end of the day.

Half Day DayCare available Monday - Friday - £20.00 per dog per Half Day (No chauffeur available for halfdays)

*50% multidog discount is taken off the cost of daycare for the additional dog. All additional dogs must live in the same household to receive the discount.

**Our Chauffeur service runs between 7:00am & 9:00am for collection and 2:30pm & 6:00pm for drop off. This service is currently only available in the Cardiff area.
